Here is the chili I made today.
I used Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit.
Not as hot as we like it but it does the trick.

It calls for
2 #'s of ground beef
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
2 8 oz cans of water

I don't follow directions...

For the meat I used the 1.1 #'s of meatloaf mix beef/veal/pork, a steak tip left over from last night, and some turkey breast that I cooked earlier today.
I browned the meatloaf mix with onion and garlic, then drained it and added:
1-28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1-10 oz can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1-14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onions
1-15.5 oz can White Beans
1-15.5 oz can Black Beans
1-15.5 oz can Dark Kidney Beans

I think we're having chili dawgs for dinner tonight!
